These are results from clients I’ve worked with through personal training and online coaching. They all started right where you are at.

Hunter came to me already in decent shape—but completely overwhelmed by all the conflicting advice on social media.

She wanted to lean out and get that “beach body” look, but had no idea what actually worked.

So we simplified everything. Steps. Calories. Smarter choices when she went out. That’s it.

This is what happened:

She realized she could still go out with friends—she just needed a plan to make smarter choices.

She dropped from 130 lbs to 105 lbs, leaned out dramatically, and now we’re building muscle on top of it!

She didn’t feel like herself anymore and didn’t know how to fix it.

Erika came to me after a tough stretch. She felt stuck, uncomfortable, and honestly just ready for something to change.

I didn’t overhaul her life, I just came in and gave her structure.

This included: simple meals, daily steps, and a plan she could follow even on low-energy days.

She started to see progress without feeling restricted and everything started to click for her.

She went from 182 lbs to 145 lbs—and more importantly, she got her confidence back.

Now she’s hiking, traveling, and actually enjoying her life again!
